Extension Description – Flowify
Flowify is an amazing organic modeling extension for SketchUp designed to allow you to take objects and bend them along any surface with 4 corners (quad surface). This allows for the creation of very interesting shapes within SketchUp. Use the soften/smooth edges tool in your tray to smooth out the created geometry

Flowify Instructions
One of the most important things about this extension is the way that your objects are grouped. Basically, this extension looks for 3 groups inside another group. Your group must contain the following –
- A group containing your target shape
- A group containing your base shape
- A group containing two lines running running from the corners of your base shape to the corners of your target shape
And all of these groups must be inside another group.
Finally, you must also have the shape that you’d like to bend in its own group as well, and it must contain raw geometry.
You’d then select these two groups, go up to “Extensions,” “Flowify,” “Flowify” to bend your shape.
Make sure to watch the video for a bit better instructions.
